Why you should get angry while skateboarding

Get so angry as you can, get pissed off at your board and punch the ground. If you don't do that, you will not express the anger. That doesn't mean the anger leaves when you cool down. The anger is still there, the energy is just not released out of your body, it is still in it!

So, what you will have to do is to investigate what makes you angry. It could be not showering, not getting what you want, eating too many cookies.
Then the hard part comes. You will have to deal with those problems. You'll have to go shower, go after what you like, and consume way less sugar. If you want to be productive with your anger you can do those things
If you don't show your anger:
You get weak
Your back isn't as straight anymore
Frustration will get you
Not expressing anger makes you lazy
You'll have and irritation that is there in small doses. Big enough doses to hinder you from being excited and happy. When you're excited and happy you are making jokes, ideas, plans, activities, and in general create more stuff. You can also express your anger while doing those things. The expression part is key to jokes, plans, activities, and general creation. If you hinder expression from the anger you won't be brutally creative, you'll only be kind of creative. This means you're not reaching your full potential.
